This workshop for continuing aerial yoga students will focus on developing the practice into flow. We will work with more advanced transitions to create meditative and challenging sequences.
The practice of aerial yoga can bring a shift in awareness to every edge of your body. With continued practice the student will have a more refined sense of proprioception. We will complete several sequences with a variety of transitions, further developing the off the ground aspect of the practice. We will maintain continued attention on balance, strength, flexibility and focus.
