Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle hands-on therapy that provides for deep rest. From this place of deep physiological rest, the nervous system is nourished, the body resets, and the natural fluidic and energetic flow that is essential to and a sign of health is restored. Conditions that BCST addresses include stress, trauma, injury, chronic conditions, pain, major life transitions, coming back to self.

In this introductory talk on biodynamic craniosacral therapy, Mary Ganzon will provide some history and information as well as time for a question and answer period. Why do we need deep rest? How does this therapy nourish the body? Why would you receive it, when would you receive the therapy?
