Attend this  early morning active flow yoga class to set you up for a good night’s sleep at the end of the day. How does THAT sound?!?

Elevate your heartrate and breathing in this hatha-influenced yoga practice. Move in ways that will strengthen your arms, legs, and abdominals. Give your body the good complementary stretching it needs to lengthen the muscles and elongate your spine. Release any tensions into the earth in the stillness of a well-earned and satisfying shavasana. Arise and glide into into an alert, confident day.

Showers and coffee shop with extensive menu both available on premises

Shannon Fritz

Students leave Shannon’s classes feeling grounded, powerful, and graceful.

Raised in a conservative home in South Texas, Shannon spent much of her first decades lacking any real awareness or compassion for her body. Though she first began practicing yoga in 2005 as a way to build muscle and flexibility for rock climbing, through yoga, she has found strength and a grace for herself beyond anything she could have imagined.

Following the sudden death of a pet, Shannon became interested in the nature of consciousness which led her to Tibetan Buddhist teachings. A year later, she began her 200 hour journey through yoga teacher training in Sacramento, CA and in 2020 completed another 300 hours, focusing on Hatha, Restorative, and the style of BKS Iyengar with an emphasis on alignment.

Whether she’s leading students through a sweaty flow-style practice or cooling relaxation poses, her classes encourage awareness of sensation and breath to cultivate confidence in the intuition of the body. Joined with the physical benefits, her classes are a holistic approach to experiencing life more fully and freely.
