Move seamlessly from ground to air, using the hammock as your supportive partner for play, discovery, and nervous system regulation. Explore fluid pathways from floor to fabric, letting your body melt, spiral, and unfold.

Each session expands your movement range while building mobility, flexibility, and functional strength — all while keeping joint health and somatic awareness at the center. Learn simple, beautiful movement phrases that carry you from the ground into the air, giving you the confidence and support to feel completely at home in your body.

This joyous, playful practice is designed for adults ready to let training feel nourishing and delightful. You don’t have to be a kid to play — this is your time to swing, soar, be cradled, be challenged, and let your nervous system exhale as you rediscover the pure pleasure of moving.

By the end of the series, you’ll shine in a choreographed performance for our 15-year anniversary celebration on March 15, 2026!

Nikko Sarah Montecillo

From the first moment she felt the joy of movement, Nikko understood that art in motion could be a form of deep healing. As a child, an anonymous scholarship opened the door to dance training that shaped not only her career but her entire sense of purpose. That early gift became the seed of her mission—to share the transformative power of movement with others, especially with those discovering it for the first time.

With roots in the grounded practice of Bartenieff fundamentals, a somatic approach similar to the Feldenkrais method, Nikko focuses on nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and fluid interconnectivity. Her approach invites students to find harmony between inner connectivity and outer expression, cultivating both grounded presence and fearless flight.

Known for her playful yet disciplined teaching style, she creates a space where curiosity thrives within clear boundaries of safety and flow. Whether guiding professionals or children in their first aerial experience, her classes are filled with warmth, discovery, and mindful attention to each body’s unique rhythm.
