Join us for Outdoor Qigong at Golden Hour: Moving with the ʻĀina, a monthly series held at serene handpicked locations.
This mindful, nature-based experience blends flowing Qigong, gentle stretching, sun salutations, and journaling—all aligned to help you feel balanced, joyful and peaceful.
Sunrise Stretches
Each nature immersion begins with golden hour stretches, a sacred hour where we align our body and breath with the rising sun. Through gentle sun salutations and Qigong, we awaken the inner fire, tap into the day’s vitality, and honor the new beginning that the sun brings.
Qigong Mindful Movement
We then shift into QiGong, practicing fluid, mindful movements that harmonize our energy with the natural surroundings. These exercises help release tension, ground the nervous system, and open space for deep internal stillness.
Reflection & Community
The journey concludes with Mindful Reflection and Community. We gather to journal from the heart with guided prompts — thoughtful introspection and journaling, expressing gratitude, and receiving insights. Each participant’s voice is valued, and wisdom flows freely through shared stories (optional), deep listening, and gentle presence.
The gathering wraps up with a community circle, offering space for connection, inspiration, and joy.
Led by instructors Deeshen Shah and Jade Chan, each gathering is rooted in their shared love for nature, holistic wellness, and community connection.
Whether you’re new to Qigong or have experience, the practice is accessible and designed to cultivate calm, vitality, and inner peace.
