She launched BeliRaq Dance Fitness in 2011 to combine her two passions: working out and dancing – and to share this passion with others. \nAndrea loves to see her students’ faces light up as they feel the rhythms and experience themselves energetically come alive to the movements of BeliRaq. She created BeliRaq for her movers’ ongoing wellness journey. \nSpecializing in Egyptian cabaret and belly dance\, with a background in jazz\, latin dance\, ballroom\, hip hop\, African\, lyrical\, modern\, and musical dance performance\, Andrea’s wide dance experience inspires the dynamic movements that fill her classes. \nAndrea has been a fitness instructor in 2011 and a personal trainer in 2019. Her enthusiasm and joy fill the room. Her classes are open to all experience levels\, and made to inspire\, uplift\, and get people moving towards increased physical fitness with a smile!

My mission behind creating this series is to bring more peace to the community and to the world. It is designed to fill you with serenity\, and healing that you can spread throughout your community\, while at the same time spreading awareness and helping nonprofit organizations throughout Hawai’i continue their amazing work. This month\, we are happy to be supporting Spill the Tea Cafe-supporting the mental health of Hawaii’s Youth. 100% of the ticket sales will be donated. \n\n\n\nThis month\, we are happy to sponsor Spill the Tea Cafe. 100% of the ticket sales will be donated to this organization. \n\n\n\nSpill the Tea Cafe is Hawaii’s only teen-focused mental health clinic\, where trauma-informed therapy meets youth-led peer support in a welcoming and non-clinical “cafe” environment. STTC combines evidence-based practices with clinical rigor and a peer-to-peer drop-in center to help each young person build mental resilience\, explore identity\, set personal goals\, and build an aspirational mindset. The goal of STTC ist to promote the mental health and well-being of youth in Hawai’i by providing accessible\, and effective clinical care in a manner that enables strength for prosperous futures.  \n\n\n\n By addressing the unique needs of pre-teens\, teens\, LGBTQIA+\, neurodivergent keiki and providing a supportive environment for their healing and growth\, STTC helps teens build the skills and resilience they need to thrive and reach their full potential. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this event \n\n\n\nRest and restore in an aerial hammock! Let the aerial silk cradle you\, and safely support you as you explore restorative yoga postures\, both inside the hammock and on the ground. Experience the sensation of floating in Savasana (yogic rest) as the crystal bowls envelop you with an ethereal sound. No experience necessary! The hammocks will be accessible for everyone. Space is limited\, as we have a limited number of hammocks available\, so be sure to sign up early to reserve your spot!  \n\n\n\nDuring the class Bryan will immerse you in a musical sound journey with the crystal singing bowls. Bryan’s unique approach to sound healing incorporates his training in classical music to create a beautiful\, flowing soundscape. Every session becomes a brand new composition\, designed to help you reach deeper\, and deeper states of relaxation\, and meditation. This music will guide you on a journey where deep healing\, and rest occurs. You will leave the class feeling rejuvenated\, restored\, and peaceful.   \n\n\n\nWe have developed a tiered payment system for this event. For those of you who can afford to pay on the higher end of the scale\, your payment helps to support those who cannot. This is one way to leverage our privilege and stand for equity for everyone.
