After studying classical music at the University of Montana\, he moved to O’ahu to pursue massage therapy\, sound and other healing arts. Bryan has a passion for the transformative power of sound\, music\, nature and art\, and has been using crystal singing bowls to create healing music for over 15 years. His goal is to help as many people as possible create a life of well-being\, purpose and joy\, by offering live sound healing events\, and creating meditative music for YouTube and Insight Timer. You can reach him directly at bryan@sacredbreathhealing.com & https://www.youtube.com/bryanjordanmusic\n \n \n \n \n \n Robin Shepard\, Yoga E-RYT200/ RTY500\, RCYT\, YACEP \nOriginally a native of the Pacific Northwest\, Robin spent the last 13 years traveling\, raising her family\, and acquiring knowledge and skills living in such places as Guangzhou\, Shanghai\, and Ho Chi Minh City. Though she will never stop wandering\, she now considers Honolulu home. She feels lucky to have been a part of the vibrant yoga culture of Vietnam where she completed her foundational yoga teacher trainings with Suzanne Vian of Yoga Vietnam and her 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training in the FluidUs Method with Carlos Tao. Additionally\, Robin is a registered Children’s Yoga Teacher\, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider\, and has training in Pre-Natal and Post-Natal yoga. \nAccordingly\, Robin enjoys teaching both the young and the young-at-heart. As a life-long learner\, she is fascinated by recent scientific discoveries around fascia and functional movement and their implications for the practice of yoga. This curiosity has fueled exploration and experimentation to create a style of movement that is playful and dynamic\, with practical benefit for everyone from absolute beginners to more advanced practitioners. She is always looking for ways to deliver a more personal experience\, with respectful irreverence and fun. She links functional movement skills\, breath mechanics\, and novel approaches to traditional poses to increase somatic awareness\, mobility\, and build an organic mind/body connection. \nAs a long time practitioner\, Robin has personally experienced the difference that a regular yoga practice can make in a person’s life. She sees yoga as a doorway\, progressing from movement into meditation\, awareness\, understanding\, and finally acceptance of ourselves and others. She considers yoga a powerful and essential practice to help navigate our modern world. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Get the Still & Moving App\n \n APPLE APP STORE\n \n GOOGLE PLAY STORE

SUMMARY:Do-in: Mindful Self Massage: A 2-Part Committed Workshop with Dr. Greg Yuen. In-person
DESCRIPTION:In-person \nPart 1 – April 18\, 2026Part 2 – April 25\, 2026 \nSaturday\, 1:00 – 2:30 pm HST \nPrice: $4920% Discount Unlimited MembersFree for Hulali\, Malama & Annual Members \n \n \n Sign Up for Part 1\n \n Sign Up for Part 2\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Put Your Health Into Your Own Hands. If you want more energy\, less pain\, better sleep\, and less stress\, this workshop is for you. \nWhat You Will LearnIn this 3-hour experiential workshop\, you will learn a complete whole-body Do-in sequence you can practice for the rest of your life. \nYou will: \n\n Stimulate your body’s natural self-healing ability\n Reduce symptoms of chronic pain\, fatigue\, and stress\n Experience the flow of qi (chi) — the vital life force of Chinese medicine\n Learn 21 essential acupuncture points for daily self-care\n Discover the “golden spots” in your body that need extra attention\n Deepen the benefits of yoga\, tai chi\, and qigong\n Practice focused somatic meditation for greater calm and clarity\n Learn how to apply the principle of the “Whole” to support lasting health\n\nTraditional Chinese Medicine says that most diseases are caused by an imbalance or blockage in qi. Do-In provides the ideal vehicle to restore balance and promote self-healing. In the Tai chi Classics\, they say\, “where your mind goes\, the qi goes”. In Traditional Chinese Medicine\, they say\, “where the qi goes\, the blood goes”. With Do-In practice\, you will discover how to create healthy qi and blood circulation through mindful Self-massage. \nDo-In originated from the Chinese “daoyin” whose manuscripts date back to 200 BC. “Do” and “in” both mean “to lead or guide”. In this case\, it refers to how this technique guides or leads the qi in the body. It is a simple technique that can have profound effects on your level of health when practiced regularly. \nDr. Yuen learned Do-in from the discipline of macrobiotics which was spread by its primary proponent\, Michio Kushi. Dr. Yuen has modified the traditional Do-in with the employment of a massage tool called the “backnobber”; this helps better align Do-in with the principle of the Whole and the pursuit of “self-health”. Backnobbers will be provided at this workshop for your use. \nThis is a committed workshop. Although it is advertised as two separate sessions\, participants are required to attend and pay for both Part 1 and Part 2. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Dr Greg Yuen\n \n \n \n \n \n Dr. Yuen combines an easy\, interactive teaching style with a no-nonsense\, straightforward approach to get you to know and love your body more than you ever have before. \nAfter his grandmother died when he was twelve years old\, Dr. Greg Yuen dedicated his life to the pursuit of health and longevity. This has led to his over forty years as a psychiatrist\, tai chi instructor\, and massage therapist. He has now distilled his knowledge and experience of both Western and Eastern medicine\, committing to the promotion of Do-in: Mindful Self-Massage. Do-in forwards his pursuit of “self-health” approaches that rely less on any medical doctors and pave the way to longevity. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Get the Still & Moving App\n \n APPLE APP STORE\n \n GOOGLE PLAY STORE

SUMMARY:Palena Workshop: A Hawaiian Perspective on Mapping Your Life Path with Kumu Mālia Helelā. In-person & Live Online
DESCRIPTION:  \nLast Sunday of the month5:00 – 7:00 pm HST \nApril 26\, 2026May 31\, 2026June 28\, 2026July 26\, 2026August 30\, 2026September 27\, 2026October 25\, 2026 (no Palena in celebration of Diwali)November 29\, 2026 \nPrice: $4920% off unlimited membersFree for Hulali\, Malama & Annual Members \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Let’s gather together to visualize your life path from a Hawaiian perspective. In this workshop\, we explore the Palena\, the boundaries or protected spaces\, of your unique life map. \nWhat is Palena? \nBased on Hawaiian values\, Kumu Mālia visualizes the concept of Palena as a heart-shaped island map representing our life. Somewhat akin to various ‘life wheels’ used in self-help and life-coaching practices\, this island contains eight districts\, symbolically representing eight aspects of our life. This Palena framework for looking at any given topic or  situation provides the onlooker with a view that is both more expansive and more in-depth.  \nKumu Mālia’s deep immersion in Hawaiian language\, culture and history\, as well as her experience in hula\, lomilomi and as a mother of four\, have together inspired and informed her symbolic Palena outlook. See how the Palena perspective brings clarity to the way you understand life. \nWhat to expect: \nCome prepared for thoughtful introspection\, journaling\, and optional discussion. All writing material will be provided. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Palena Workshop Schedule\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Mālia Heleā ACAD 1\n \n \n \n \n \n Academy of Mindful Movement Level 1 Training \nKumu Mālia Ko’i’ulaokawaolehua Helelā strives to live a life of grace. Her hālau (hula school)\, which meets at Still & Moving Center\, is Nā Hula Ola Aloha. Completing her ‘ūniki (graduation) under Kumu Hula Pulu’elo Park in 2002\, she now teaches hula and oli (traditional Hawaiian chanting) to a wide range of students\, from infants and toddlers to kupuna. Mālia studied oli under Kumu Hula Keola Lake. She began her formal training in lomilomi massage as a teenager. She was licensed by the State of Hawaii as a massage therapist in 1998 and as an esthetician in 2002. Her hula practice and lomilomi practice\, she says\, are the same. She continues to look to the beauty and grace of the Hawaiian environment for grounding and inspiration. Mālia has become a respected and beloved cultural practitioner in Hawaii. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Get the Still & Moving App\n \n APPLE APP STORE\n \n GOOGLE PLAY STORE
