Now, the fitness world adopts and incorporates the barre into diverse practices, from dance to Pilates, to yoga and beyond. Some dancers even practice \u201cfloor barre.\u201d As a place of integrated health and fitness practices, Still &amp; Moving Center in Hawaii offers barre classes regularly.<\/p>\n<p>Many barre exercises serve to strengthen your core. Others help to lengthen your muscles, while others provide whole-body toning and sculpting. Select barre classes incorporate other props, such as a mat or ball. A great playlist of music accompanies most barre classes.
