Combining aerobic movement with anaerobic postures, Fitness Yoga classes, Barre Yoga, and Core Centered yoga classes give you a full-body workout while encouraging you to stay aware of your subtle mind and body sensations. Teachers guide each student to take movements just far enough to get the health benefits from the exercise while being attentive to listen to the body\u2019s limits and specific needs. Mindfulness and awareness are key factors in our fitness yoga classes both online and in Hawaii at Still & Moving Center. Throughout each class teachers remind students to check in with their bodies and bring their awareness back to the breath as a centering tool. By the end of class experience both a meditative state of mind and the physical satisfaction of a good workout.<\/p>\n
