If you ever wanted to land in Paradise to give or attend a teacher training in one of the moving arts, Still & Moving Center should spring to mind as the perfect option! With 6,000 square feet of space, 4 movement studios, the beach beckoning from just down the street, PeleKai Coffee’s award winning treats, a boutique of clothing and equipment for people who like to move, and a friendly, welcoming support staff, what\u2019s not to love?<\/span><\/p>\n

Ever since Still & Moving Center opened in 2011, it has served as a hub in the middle of the Pacific for mindful movement teacher training. Debbie Rosas, Founder of Nia, as well as Winalee Zeeb, have given Nia White, Green, Blue and Brown Belt trainings. Carmen Curtis has trained AIReal Yoga teachers. Many yoga teacher trainings in Japanese have taken place at Still & Moving Center, the trainees enjoying lunchtime at the beach just 2 blocks away!<\/span><\/p>\n

Kumu Mali\u0101 Helel\u0101 trains both professionals and private individuals in the Hawaiian art of Lomilomi massage in her total of 128-hour Lomilomi Training. Yoga teacher training (RYT), Qigong, Aerial Dance, and Aerial Yoga trainings have all sent new teachers into the world, graced with Still & Moving Center\u2019s spirit of aloha.<\/span><\/p>\n

For visitors coming from afar for our trainings, Retreat accommodations and meals can be arranged. If you are interested in a Nia or yoga teacher training, but can\u2019t make it to Hawaii, don\u2019t worry. We offer online opportunities!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Movement teachers, athletic coaches and personal trainers of all varieties have access to Mindful Movement Teacher Training at Still & Moving Center. Whether you coach athletes, teach golf or tennis, weight lifting or dance, or most other movement formats, you can learn to teach your discipline as a Mindful Movement. You will have four levels of Mindful Movement Teacher Training certification that you can earn. The final level of certification will be as a Moving Meditation Teacher Trainer.
