Our quests and questions can guide us to healing and discovering ourselves anew. A devoted fascia nerd, she is always studying and seeking to understand more. With 38 years of experience, she teaches and offers private sessions in the MELT Method, Continuum-based inquiry, and Brainspotting. She is a Level Three MELT Instructor, Brainspotting Practitioner, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and Master Somatic Movement Therapist and Educator (ISMETA). Adina is a charter member of Divergent Design Studios (DDS), an online community supporting neurodivergent artists, makers, and designers. She has a special interest in helping people with hypermobility and chronic pain find more ease in movement. She loves helping people unwind complex movement patterns, navigate chronic pain, and attune to their unique nervous systems.
