FREE<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Sitting in stillness, we find ourselves. Sitting in community, we find each other. Together we create the space for growth, connection, and peace.<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n This meditation circle offers a space to cultivate stillness and connect with your core, to your true self. Each session invites you to ground yourself, deepen your awareness, and strengthen your connection to what matters most – all within a supportive community.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Each session begins with Tony giving guidance for sitting, goes into a 20 minute silent meditation, emerges into a sharing of insights, and finishes with a 10 minute meditation.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Sangha<\/span><\/i> means community. All students – from all traditions on life\u2019s path – are welcome to this inclusive meditation group.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
