Calling all keiki: Come explore vertical space and discover the adventure of aerial dance!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In this class, you\u2019ll learn to dance in the aerial hammock, and you build strength, coordination, and balance. It\u2019s like flying! You\u2019ll get to climb, twist, turn, invert, and hang – safely without your parents nagging you to \u201cget down off there!\u201d Hah!<\/span><\/p>\n

As you grow in your aerial practice, you not only train your body\u2026 you train your mind as well! If you need to cultivate attention, concentration and focus, practicing an aerial skill will serve you well.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aerial dance offers a fun way to push yourself to new heights – literally and figuratively. You\u2019ll feel the thrill of being upside down, floating through the air, and mastering new skills that will make you feel strong, graceful, and confident.<\/span><\/p>\n

You\u2019ll also learn a delightful piece of aerial choreography to share with family and friends at a showcase at the end of the series!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Kindly let your teacher know of any injuries.<\/span><\/p>\n

Contra-indications for aerial classes: glaucoma, heart conditions, and fused spine.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please arrive 15 minutes early to the first session so that we can evaluate the height of your aerial hammock.<\/span><\/p>\n

Clothing Requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n

For your safety: Tight-fitting clothing: shirts with sleeves, leggings<\/span><\/p>\n

For preserving the apparatus: No zippers or metal. Jewelry off. No perfume.<\/span><\/p>\n

*Please reserve your child\u2019s spot under your child\u2019s own name, not under the parent\u2019s name. This class is for kids ages 8-13<\/span><\/p>\n
