Let your thoughts drift like clouds until only awareness remains. Then allow your body to move not to accomplish, but to express.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Choose one mindful movement that your body asks for today: a gentle stretch, a slow Qigong flow, or even standing still with your eyes closed, sense life pulse through your heart.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Journal what arises not from the mind\u2019s need to record, but from the depth of the heart.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this sacred ritual of <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">being<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> before <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">becoming<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you remember your true nature: expansive, present, in harmony, and free.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you begin the day in stillness, you no longer chase peace.
