Still & Moving Center is celebrating its first birthday this coming March with free class samplers, promotional packages and giveaways, culminating in a large party on Sunday, March 18th open to the public. The birthday celebration will feature Nia Technique\u2019s co-founder, Debbie Rosas in a fun-filled, participatory demo of Nia, a fitness fusion of dance, martial arts and yoga. Kenny Endo will perform a taiko drum piece as our special guest. The evening of events will include performances and demonstrations from our talented staff of teachers and guest artists, Amber Bonnici and Lucie Voelcker. Light refreshments served.<\/p>\n

We are offering 2 weekends of free Class Samplers. The center now holds over 80 movement classes a week from yoga, to dance, to martial arts, to fitness and more. Our excellent teachers will be introducing 20- minute samplers classes to the public on March 10-11 and March 17-18.<\/p>\n
