Academy of Mindful Movement Level 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharonne discovered yoga as a pathway to reconnect with her body, heart, and the present moment. She is a certified yoga teacher with 200-hour trainings in Functional Vinyasa Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga, and has completed the Academy of Mindful Movement training. She believes movement, breath, and sound are powerful forms of medicine that awaken our awareness and help us experience life more fully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through yoga, mindfulness, and sound healing, Sharonne creates spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, find inner balance, and rediscover the joy and aliveness that exists in each moment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
