Your coach / instructor is with you In-person at our studio or LIVE Online in the comfort of your home.
Just as a coach with wheels helps its passengers to travel long distances, over rough roads, so our human coaches at Still & Moving Center help you to make great progress toward your health and learning goals, sometimes helping you through the rough spots.
You’ll find all of our personal training, wellness, and life coaches to be both caring and highly trained in their field of expertise, making them doubly effective. All of them come from a place of authenticity, coaching and teaching what they love and using knowledge from what has worked in their own lives as well as what has worked for many people they have worked with.
Your coach or instructor can work with you near or far, in person or online. You can sign up for a single session, or arrange for a series of sessions. Some students/clients learn and make more progress in a one-on-one session than in class setting. Sometimes you have a specific problem or need at the moment – a little bump in the road, so to speak – that you could use some assistance getting over. Perhaps you want to learn at an accelerated pace. We have a coach or instructor for you!
Nearly all of your Still & Moving Center class instructors and teachers are available for private instruction, training or choreography – whether or not we specifically list them as such. Live Online: Virtual session from the comfort of your own home.
In-studio Livestream: Enjoy the amenities at our 1024 Queen street studio to follow your favorite virtual instructor streaming to our large screen monitors.
In-person: Sessions led the “old-fashioned” way – with your coach leading the session in person in the studio.
