Total Body Strength & Conditioning
Build strength, improve endurance, and move with purpose in this mindful interval-based training class designed to challenge your body while honoring where you are today.
Unlike a traditional high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class, Total Body Strength & Conditioning blends moderate- to higher-intensity intervals with mindful movement, proper form, and intentional pacing. Every exercise can be modified, allowing you to dial the intensity up or down based on your experience, energy level, and individual needs. The focus is not on keeping up with everyone else—it’s about moving well, building confidence, and becoming stronger over time.
Each class features thoughtfully programmed circuits using a variety of functional training equipment, including dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX®, battle ropes, BOSU®, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, and more. Every workout is different, keeping your body challenged while developing strength, stability, balance, coordination, cardiovascular endurance, and overall functional fitness.
The first 15 minutes of every class are dedicated to preparing your body for movement. During this time, you’ll be guided through self-myofascial release using foam rollers and tennis balls, mobility exercises, stretching straps, and individualized movement preparation to address your body’s unique needs. Following the warm-up, you’ll move through timed strength and conditioning circuits designed to maximize efficiency while encouraging mindful movement and proper technique.
Class concludes with a restorative cool-down, stretching, and additional foam rolling to promote recovery, improve mobility, and help you leave feeling strong, energized, and refreshed.
Whether you’re new to strength training or an experienced exerciser, Total Body Strength & Conditioning offers a supportive environment where you can safely challenge yourself, improve your fitness, and cultivate a stronger connection between mind and body—one mindful movement at a time.
