Our beginner yoga classes are designed to be accessible, effective, and fun for every student. Whether you are new to yoga or have experience, these classes can help you deepen your body awareness and develop more balance, both physically and mentally. In every beginner yoga class we focus on breath, posture, body alignment and mindfulness. The teacher guides students through basic poses, tailoring each class to the individual student’s physical needs, experience, and fitness level. By explaining poses step by step from the ground up, the teacher brings attention to body awareness, guiding students to move in and out of poses safely and comfortably, connecting it all in a simple yet dynamic sequence.
