Anna Morales

In 2019, Anna earned her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification through Santosha Yoga Institute based in Bali, Indonesia. She has been practicing and teaching ever since, and is now studying Yoga Therapy to help empower diverse bodies & minds through Yogic movement and philosophy.

Sharonne Gracia

Sharonne experienced a significant shift in her connection with her body and spirit after her first yoga class. The transformative nature of her personal journey inspired her to embark on the path of becoming a certified yoga teacher. She now considers movement a natural medicine and is a devoted and enthusiastic practitioner of many forms.

Having completed both a 200-hour Vinyasa YTT and a 200-hour Ashtanga YTT, Sharonne loves to inspire the same joy in others that the practice inspired in her years ago.

Sharonne’s favorite place is anywhere people gather to connect, move, breathe, and expand their minds, body, and soul. She lives with the intention to create a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can explore their practice without judgment or limitation. Through the fusion of movement, breath, and mindfulness, Sharonne aims to help others find their inner light and radiate it outwards, creating a ripple effect of positivity and growth out into the world.

Dr. Wong Kai Ming

In Dr. Wong Kai Ming’s words, “Seek only harmony in spirit, as there is no honor in domination or control, there is no need to fight unless we allow it emotionally or physically.” Dr. Wong encourages his students to find strength and sensitivity in body mechanics, proper thought and mindset to support the mind-body systems, and an open connection to spirit. He embraces transformation of spirit-mind-body relationships, as an enthusiastic student of the martial arts and various other Asian arts, such as Fengshui, study of the I Ching, and a Japanese form of astrology.

Dr. Wong has been teaching Yang style T’ai Chi Ch’uan over two decades and holds a masters certificate in Chin Na, under Grandmaster Kam Jun Wai who taught “win without fighting”. Inspired by Taoist and Buddhist influences, he enjoys applying martial arts concepts to daily life and his medical practice, observing the benefits of resonating energy modalities as his patients recover from surgery. When challenged, he blends Eastern and Western disciplines to bring forth truth, knowledge, and wisdom
