Introduction to Nia and Hawaiian Experience retreat package with Winalee Zeeb

Experience the Joy of Movement! Come and move with the infectiously vibrant international Nia Trainer, Winalee Zeeb! One of the amazing talents of a fabulous teacher like Winalee is her ability to make the Nia class easy for first-time beginners and exciting for people with decades of experience.

With the “Intro to Nia” retreat package, you will enter the Nia universe in an immersive way through the inspiring lense of master teacher Winalee Zeeb. The package includes 5 hours of focused Nia training with Winalee, as well as an additional translated seminar with Winalee to delve deeper into your Nia experience. A blissful Lomilomi massage, a guided Waterfall experience with kumu hula, Malia Helela, Hula and meditation classes round out the traditional Hawaiian aspect of the experience.

Japanese translator onsite for the duration of the course.
