Private Instruction At Still & Moving

One-on-one expertise for you!

Your coach/instructor can be with you either LIVE and INTERACTIVE in the comfort of your home through our ONLINE portal, or IN-PERSON at our beautiful Hawaii studio. You’ll have access to a variety of private instructors, including those who specialize in yoga, personal training, pilates, MELT, and more.

Just as a coach with wheels helps its passengers to travel long distances, over rough roads, so our human coaches at Still & Moving Center help you to make great progress toward your health and learning goals, sometimes helping you through the rough spots.

You’ll find all of our coaches and teachers to be both caring and highly trained in their field of expertise, making them doubly effective. All of them come from a place of authenticity: they coach and teach what they love, what has improved their own lives, as well as the lives of the many people they have worked with.

You can sign up for a single session, or arrange for a series of sessions. Some students/clients learn and make more progress in a one-on-one session than an in-class setting. Sometimes you have a specific problem or need at the moment – a little bump in the road, so to speak – that you could use some assistance getting over. Perhaps you want to learn at an accelerated pace. We have a coach or instructor for you!

Nearly all of your Still & Moving Center class instructors and teachers are available for private instruction, training, or choreography – whether or not we specifically list them as such. Just ask us, and we’ll make arrangements!
