Drop-in classes
Fridays 5:30 – 6:30 pm HST

What does it feel like to move in and suspend in the air, and have increased body awareness and balance? This is your class, designed for those who are new to the aerial experience. Here is your opportunity to learn fundamental aerial skills in a safe and supportive environment. You will practice in the straight silks, as well as on the floor, developing the body skills so important to being successful, having fun, understanding how your body moves, and enriching your mind/body connection.

We will focus on the basic skills, which include but are not limited to: learning how to handle aerial apparatus, body alignment, safe entry and dismount, basic climbs and foot locks, and inversions. With practice, your entire body, not just upper body and core, will develop strength, flexibility, alignment and stamina.

Interested in deepening your practice?
