Based on science and grounded in breath, PhysioFlow™ is a cutting edge method that movement coach Anna Bussey created in consultation with a leading physiotherapist to optimize physical function, form and freedom.

Healing movement sequences that combine the joy and flow of dance with the results of physiotherapy prescription exercise. The final 15 minutes of class will be devoted to various self-massage techniques and require the use of a roller or tightly rolled towel and/or medium massage ball.
