What’s Offered?

Lomilomi

This traditional Hawaiian massage uses rhythmic movements to promote deep healing. Prayer and loving touch are essential components.

Lomi A’e

Lomi A’e is a stepping style of Lomi that is done on the floor fully clothed and without the use of oil.

 

Lomilomi (Style of Kumu Alva)

This traditional Hawaiian massage is practiced by a disciple of Kumu Alva and uses rhythmic movements to promote a true mind-body connection.

Swedish Massage

Swedish style massage uses classic effleurage & petrissage techniques to improve circulation & relax muscles. Long, short & percussive strokes are applied to free movement for the joints.

 

Pregnancy Massage

This gently nurturing bodywork puts the mother’s comfort first. Your experienced therapist is also a mother and understands what you are going through.

 

Deep Tissue Massage

Therapists work into deeper layers of muscle & fascia to break down scar tissue. This method helps ease tight muscles & relieve chronic pain.

Journey Bodywork

Transformational bodywork helps to release physical and emotional memories held in our fascia. This very down-to-earth massage therapy holds a deep purpose clients’ healing journey.

 

Salt Scrub

A nourishing blend of sea salt and organic grapeseed oil is used to burnish your skin until its glowing!

 

Hot Stone Massage

Heated stones bring deep relaxation to muscles. Stones are placed around the body and also used as massage tools.

Exfoliation, Wrap & Light Massage

This dry brush exfoliation is followed by an essential oil-infused aloe wrap and finished with hot towels and a light massage.

Couples Massage

Sarga Bodywork

A barefoot massage that applies therapeutic myofascial and deep tissue techniques.

Therapeutic Yoga Body Alignment

This Body Alignment starts with a private Yoga session, followed by stretching and adjusting the pelvis and shoulders on your yoga mat.
