With Featured Teacher of the Week

Need a Kickstart to your week?  Let’s get our heart rate up, work up a sweat, and stretch out  – setting you up for fabulous your week ahead. Just imagine all those happy endorphins pumping through your system, brightening your day! Each class will feature a specially themed playlist of music from the Featured Teacher.

You’re teacher will pause at the 20 minute mark for those who need to move on to their next activity, then offer an additional 10 minutes of cooling down. You’ll always have options if you want to pace yourself for a gentler start to the day!

Join one of Still & Moving Center’s stellar faculty members every Monday morning for a stimulating, yet mindful, mini-class. Led popcorn style, the instruction will rotate amongst various teachers and movement styles from week to week. We’ll do anything from Fitness to Yoga and Afro-Fusion Dance to Nia to…? All levels welcome.
