Move, sweat, and have fun in Latin Aerobics Total Body Workout. This high-energy class blends Latin-inspired cardio, full-body conditioning, and functional movement to help you build strength, improve endurance, and leave feeling energized and empowered.

You’ll move through upbeat combinations and dynamic exercises designed to keep your heart pumping while supporting coordination, mobility, and total-body fitness.

Whether you’re new to fitness or simply want a joyful way to stay active, this class invites you to move your body, boost your energy, and feel strong, confident, and alive.

Tiffany Soriano ACAD 

Academy of Mindful Movement Level 1

Originally from Orlando, Florida, she made the bold leap to Hawaii in February 2025, arriving without knowing a single person. She quickly found her home within our community, where her warmth, passion, and dedication shine.

With over 12 years of training in dance, theatre, and acting, Tiffany’s background is both rich and diverse. She is trained in ballet, tap, contemporary, modern, jazz, salsa, bachata, and merengue. Her love for movement spans all styles, but she especially delights in sharing the rhythms and spirit of Latin dance with our students.

Tiffany’s classes blend technique, expression, and joy—inviting everyone to move with confidence, connect with culture, and feel at home on the dance floor.
