A heart-centered, end-of-year reflection workshop where you pause, breathe, and honor the year you’ve lived.
Instead of rushing to the finish line, you give yourself permission to come home to yourself—with more calm and rejuvenation.
In this reflective workshop, you slow down, release what no longer serves you, and welcome peace, gratitude, and renewal through guided mindful reflection, gentle Qigong moving meditation, and community connection.
You create space to calm your mind, open your heart, and support your immunity before winter. Through gentle movement, guided reflection, and Taiwanese tea, you find room to integrate the year’s lessons and reconnect with your inner stillness.
A gift you give yourself—so you close the year not with hurry, but with heart.
In this workshop, you will:
Deeshen Shah teaches Qigong at Still & Moving Center and is the co-founder of NamastetoNihao Wellness, with over 8 years of experience in holistic health. His journey began in India, where he immersed himself in meditation, which soon expanded to include spiritual learnings from eastern philosophies such as Taoism, Buddhism, Hinduism and western modern science. A profound experience in Taiwan revealed his deep connection to Qigong, an ancient art that seamlessly integrates movement, breath, and meditation. This awakening sparked a lifelong dedication to helping others reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit through holistic wellness and the cultivation of life energy.
Deeshen’s path led him to follow masters in the Himalayas and beyond, refining his Qigong practice and gaining a deep well of wisdom. As an Instructor and Wellness Coach, Deeshen’s strength lies in guiding his students to tap into their own inner energy, refine routines for optimal wellbeing, enabling them to achieve profound transformation. His teaching philosophy centers on cultivating self awareness and intention.
Jade Chan is an associate Qigong instructor and wellness coach celebrated for her joyful, compassionate, and peace-centered approach to teaching. Her journey into health and wellness began with a deep passion for diverse food and nutrition, which blossomed into a broader embodiment of holistic practices like Qigong and meditation.
With a focus on helping others unlock their inner peace, she believes Qigong and mediation is a powerful gateway to holistic well-being. Jade teaches with love, mindfulness, and a genuine commitment to guiding others through deep reflection toward a harmonious life.
As a co-instructor in the Qigong classes at Still & Moving Center, and retreat host at NamastetoNihao Wellness, Jade excels at creating a nurturing, uplifting space where students feel empowered and supported.
