Come join us for a heart-opening Sparked game from 5-6:30pm and then celebrate sisterhood with your new friends afterwards with a fun and uplifting dance party from 6:30-7pm! Our theme for this Red Tent, “Those Who Show the Way” asks us to consider with gratitude those women in our lives and history who inspire us – as women and fellow human beings on Mother Earth – to dream our greatest dreams and bring those dreams to the light of day.

Red Tent women’s gatherings seek to provide a safe space for inspiring dialogue on any number of topics pertinent to the female experience, and what better way to facilitate this space of courage and community than through playing Sparked and dancing with one another? The Sparked game fosters meaningful connection, and allows women to hold space for each other– through laughter, tears, and vulnerability. The game reminds women of who they are, that they are important and have important knowledge to share with each other, and helps to give them space to process things that are important in their lives and to connect with what brings them joy.

We’ll finish this evening of connection off with a musical celebration of community! The red tent setting itself, with uplifting music and a sense of being a safe space, provides a lovely context for interconnection. People identifying as female are welcome, in addition to women of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.

Light refreshments provided!
