Longevity Strength & Balance is a functional movement class designed to help you move well for life. We focus on building strength, balance, coordination, and mobility through practical, everyday movement patterns—things like getting up and down from the floor, maintaining stability, improving posture, and preventing injury. This class supports joint health, confidence in movement, and long-term resilience, helping you feel strong, steady, and capable in your body at any age or stage.

Alayna Dotzert

Over just about the last decade of her life, Alayna fell in love with the art of moving her body. After performing and attending École Nationale de Cirque for four years, she developed skills and a deep understanding of aerial movement. Alayna has years of experience working with both adults and kids! She loves to teach in a way that is fun, empowering and yet very mindful of the human body. 

 

Currently she is on a college Acrobatics and Tumbling scholarship at HPU continuing to enhance her skills and craft. Alayna says “These areas of my life have only improved my wellbeing and I would love to help you navigate these spaces for yourself!”
