Kindness has a powerful effect on your body and mind. Studies show that helping others can lower stress, improve mood, and even boost your immune system. It releases feel good chemicals like dopamine and oxytocin, which create what many people call the “helper’s high.”

It doesn’t have to be big. Try things like:
Send an encouraging message to a friend
Hold the door or help someone carry something
Give someone a genuine compliment
Share a resource, opportunity, or helpful tip.

The beautiful part is that kindness is contagious. When you do something kind, it often inspires that person to pass it on to someone else.

In a way, caring for others is also a form of caring for yourself.
