Each combo offers 4 mini-classes, each 20 minutes long
Featuring over a dozen of our fantastic, international teachers.

Just think: taking 4 Still & Moving Center classes that you’ve never tried before! What a great way celebrate Independence and Interdependence, new ways to glow with health and vitality!

By attending our SuperClass, you have a chance to experience 4 mini-classes in just 2 hours. Lots of movement forms: some teachers you know and love, some teachers you’re bound to appreciate once you sample a class with them. Lots of fun!

And while we are going global, we’ll still cap our classes at 25 students per class. Join in to experience these LIVE, INTERACTIVE classes that are signature to your premium learning experience at Still & Moving Center.

ONLINE COMBOS (max 25 participants)

  • COMBO 2:
    Tai Chi Chuan w/ Dr Wong, Return to the Barre w/ Elizabeth, Hula w/ Malia, Nia w/ Krista
  • COMBO 4:
    Hula w/ Doris, Yoga w/ Robin, MELT w/ Katharine, Slow Flow w/ David
  • COMBO 5:
    Feldenkrais w/ Eva, Nia w/ Krista, Strength & Energy Flow w/ Heather, Yoga Nidra w/ Claudia

In-person COMBOS (max 9 participants)

  • COMBO 1:

    BONUS to In-person COMBO 1 students only 30min sample AIReal yoga class with Katharine Harts 11:15-11:45am

In person students- please, bring your own yoga mats and props if possible. You will be temperature checked and expected to maintain masks, social distancing and hand sanitizing at all times. If you have symptoms of COVID 19, please refrain from attending.

Aerial students: Contra-indications for aerial classes: glaucoma, heart-conditions, fused spine, pregnancy beyond doctor recommendation. Clothing requirements: tight-fitting; no zippers or metal; under-arms covered. Jewelry off. T-shirt on! No perfume.
