Spring Renewal Qigong
April 13, 2014, @ 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm HST$11 – $45
With Eva Geueke
Lying-down qigong/ Feldenkrais, meditation, organ cleansing and renewal techniques from Mantak Chia Universal Tao.
In this workshop we address the rejuvenation of joints, organs, lymph and mind!
In Chinese medicine as well as in European herbal knowledge, Spring is a great time to renew by cleansing and nurturing the liver and other organs. Chinese Sages developed exercises and simple-to-do treatments to stimulate the fluids and lymphatic system and heal the organs. In Qigong, we do learn that mind power is far stronger than physical power; there are meditations and visualizations that help to clean the liver and other organs and get you energized and refreshed.
We will do lying-down qigong to lengthen and align our spine, Qigong movement exercises to gather energy and fill our energy centers to rejuvenate our whole being! We learn 3 Healing Sounds to clean and heal the organs. The Healing Sounds are so simple, easy to perform and effective that they seem too good to be true. Negative energy and emotions are stored in the organs, weigh them down and then they may even pull on the vertebrae. The Healing Sounds work to transform any negativity into healing light.
