Open the doors to optimal health and vitality with our mindful movement classes. As you begin moving more consciously from within, you safely improve strength, balance, and flexibility. You start carrying with you the mindfulness you practice in class out into everyday tasks, whether picking up groceries, walking the dog, lifting your suitcase, doing household chores, or even sitting for long hours in front of the computer. Any tendency to injure yourself decreases as you learn self-care by moving mindfully through our online and in person classes. Move to feel better.

Our highly qualified and attentive instructors will meet you wherever you are, whether you are looking for gentle movement, therapeutic self-massage, or a full-body workout, and help you get to a place of greater wellbeing. Having the chance to meet fellow students before and after class, you meet friends on a similar life path.

No matter your fitness level, Feldenkrais offers an enhanced sense of body awareness through gentle exploratory movements and can significantly reduce pain. Employing the body’s chains of fascia, ELDOA relieves back pain by opening up space in the spinal column. Looking to alleviate stress? MELT revitalizes connective tissue with the use of a soft roller and ball. Foam Roller Massage uses a firmer roller plus body weight to relieve muscle tension and myofascial knots. Our mat-based Pilates classes develop long, lean muscles and increase core strength and awareness.

All of our classes are taught LIVE – never pre-recorded – and are offered in 3 learning formats:

Live Online: Virtual class from the comfort of your own home.

In-studio Livestream: Virtual class in studio with your fellow students and the instructor streaming to our large screen monitors.

In-person: Classes led the “old-fashioned” way – with your teacher leading the session in person in the studio.
