Belly Dance at Still & Moving Center
Belly dancing draws from many global traditions, originally hailing from Egypt, and the Middle East. Over time, it gained some Western influences, and soon became a popular form of cultural dance and entertainment. With its unique mix of sensuality and celebration, belly dance is now a common favorite for adult dance students of all abilities. This dance style is fluid, graceful, and requires a great deal of muscular control. If you’ve been wanting to tone up your abs and loosen your hips, this belly dance workout may be a great class for you and can be enjoyed online or in person!
