Sitting in stillness, we find ourselves. Sitting in community, we find each other. Together we create the space for growth, connection, and peace.
This meditation circle offers a space to cultivate stillness and connect with your core, to your true self. Each session invites you to ground yourself, deepen your awareness, and strengthen your connection to what matters most – all within a supportive community.
Each session begins with Tony giving guidance for sitting, goes into a 20 minute silent meditation, emerges into a sharing of insights, and finishes with a 10 minute meditation.
Sangha means community. All students – from all traditions on life’s path – are welcome to this inclusive meditation group.

Tony offers his class as a way of giving back to the practice and community he loves, sharing the timeless art of Zen to inspire connection, presence, and purpose.
Miku is delighted to have moved to Honolulu, Hawaii, which she finds strangely similar to her birthplace, Alaska.
