6-week Limited Class: May 13 – June 17, 2026

Live Online

Wednesdays, 9:15 – 10:15 AM HST

MELT & More is rooted in The MELT Method, a gentle self-treatment approach that reduces chronic pain, improves mobility, and rehydrates connective tissue (fascia) using soft rollers and balls.

Each class starts with MELT, then blends in complementary somatic and awareness-based practices that restore ease of movement, balance, and stability.

You use simple tools and awareness techniques to work with your fascia and support everything from your mood and resilience to your sense of connection with yourself.

You come for a quick dip, replenish and renew, connect with others, then return to your day with more calm, clarity, and aliveness.

Adina Docter

Adina, a devoted somanaut, believes curiosity is key and that somatics is about asking questions. Our quests and questions can guide us to healing and discovering ourselves anew. A devoted fascia nerd, she is always studying and seeking to understand more. With 38 years of experience, she teaches and offers private sessions in the MELT Method, Continuum-based inquiry, and Brainspotting. She is a Level Three MELT Instructor, Brainspotting Practitioner, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and Master Somatic Movement Therapist and Educator (ISMETA). Adina is a charter member of Divergent Design Studios (DDS), an online community supporting neurodivergent artists, makers, and designers. She has a special interest in helping people with hypermobility and chronic pain find more ease in movement. She loves helping people unwind complex movement patterns, navigate chronic pain, and attune to their unique nervous systems. Her work supports people in finding ease and liberation in their bodies.
