This hatha-based yoga class helps you to find your body’s way into each of the poses that protects your safety first. Finding your body’s alignment allows you to attain balance, to deepen into the stretch – just enough and no more, and to increase your natural strength. Christine always includes a mindful yoga intention for class, a bit of dharma talk, and a regenerating shavasana with a brief meditation. You leave class feeling stable, calm, focused and refreshed.

Dr. Christine Keller PT, DPT, CMPT, became a certified yoga teacher through Sarva Yoga Academy. She has been a yogini for over two decades, and a holistic physical therapist since 2010. Christine excels in her fields of orthopedic, manual physical therapy, dance medicine, women’s health, and yoga. Christine is absolutely in awe of the human body’s structure and function, especially women’s. She understands how the body works by design, and she knows how to help you get there. Christine offers physical therapy services in Honolulu and NYC.
