Still & Moving Center’s functional fitness classes make your everyday life safer and easier – whether you’re picking up your grocery bags or the kids, whether you’re driving or gardening, or going up and down a ladder or step stool. Attending our fitness classes, you’ll no doubt look better in a swimsuit… we also really care about how good you feel in your body! We want you to be stronger with a greater range of motion. We teach you body awareness, to move safely and more easily, all parts of your body well-aligned.

Our cutting-edge mindful fitness classes integrate the best information that both modern science and ancient healing practices have to offer:

· Feldenkrais Method is based on Neuroplasticity: how moving the body mindfully can enhance the brain and nervous system
