At Still & Moving Center Global, we’re revolutionizing how we do fitness. From the comfort and convenience of your home, you have easy access to live, premier health and wellness classes virtually: some in English, some in Japanese, and some in both languages. Coming express to you in Tokyo from Hawaii, our highly qualified wellness yoga studio offers an extensive selection of mindful fitness and hula classes online. Now you can tune into authentic Hawaiian hula lessons virtually in Japanese! For more Hawaiian culture online, you can take ukulele classes, as well as Hawaiian lomilomi massage training. Kaiwa Conversation & Meiso Meditation class is a wonderful opportunity for both Japanese speakers and English speakers to learn, practice speaking, and meditate with each other with skilled bi-lingual facilitators.

Spiral Fascial Flow Yoga, also taught in Japanese, helps to unwind tension in your fascia, your connective tissue, to give you better alignment. You can also find many options for yoga classes taught in English, such as Vinyasa and Restorative for overall health and wellbeing. For more experienced yogis, we offer classes to tone your cardiovascular system as well as your muscles, all while centering your mind.
