Craving a mid-week reset? Warm up, then restore your muscles and mind at Slow Flow into Yin Yoga.
You’ll work towards one-pointed concentration by tuning into the breath. You can expect layering on slow, yet active, asanas (physical yoga postures) at the rhythm of your own inhales & exhales. The second half of class incorporates long holds, inspired by Yin Yoga, to restore your fascia and cultivate a sense of stillness.
Each class is inspired by yogic philosophy, empowering you to become your own teacher on & off of your mat.

Anna Morales
In addition to serving as a teacher, Anna Gray Morales considers herself a lifelong learner. She inspires in her students a quiet confidence that we, too, can make steady progress in this ancient practice of Yoga. Her steady leadership stills in us a sense of calm sureness.
Anna is passionate about creative communication, photography, yoga, and moving in nature. In 2019, she earned her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification through Santosha Yoga Institute based in Bali, Indonesia. She has been practicing and teaching ever since, and is now studying Yoga Therapy to help empower diverse bodies and minds through yogic movement and philosophy.
In 2022, she graduated from the University of South Carolina’s Honors College and earned a BA degree that she created herself titled; Religious Studies through PhotoVisual Anthropology. With this path, she was able to practice her craft of photography, learn about people and cultures, and hone in on various religious traditions.
After graduating from The University of South Carolina, she moved to Oahu where she was introduced to Still & Moving Center. She has since found Still & Moving Center as her second home. Her favorite class is Satsang, because it reminds her of her roots while also inspiring her to grow each week.
