Rather than showing you what he can do, Gilad shows you what YOU can do. This 60 minute energetic Cardio, This Toning and Range-of-Motion workout combines elements from the worlds of athletics, dance, martial arts, Pilates and strength training. Gilad gives time at the end of class for students to ask questions and a make comments about their learning.
Gilad encourages you throughout class to maintain the “body in motion.” He reminds you to adjust the movement to your body’s pace. He also spends time going over correct posture to prevent damaged muscles and other injuries.
By the time you leave class, you’ll feel energized and healthy from this strong & safe workout.

Gilad Janklowicz remains one of the world’s best known and most beloved fitness personalities. Why is he so well loved? Because he always seeks to impress upon his students the power of their own potential.
Gilad genuinely believes that all of us can improve our lives and our health through movement. Over the last 40 years he has helped millions of people get fit with his TV fitness shows, Bodies in Motion and Total Body Sculpt with Gilad, filmed on the beaches of Hawaii. First debuting in 1983, Gilad’s Bodies in Motion is the world’s longest running fitness show. The show has aired in more than 80 countries world-wide and was featured as a daily TV workout on Networks such as: ESPN, Fox Sports, Discovery Health, JLTV, EuroSport, and DePortiva. The show is a multiple winner of Cable Guide’s People’s Choice Award for “Best Health and Fitness Program” in theUSA and was voted “Best Health and Fitness” in the world by Self Magazine.
Gilad was inducted into Israel’s Sports Hall of Fame in 1991 for his accomplishments as a track and field athlete and record holder in the Decathlon. The US National Fitness Hall of Fame inducted Gilad in 2007 for his Bodies in Motion television show, and in 2019 they bestowed upon him the prestigious First in Fitness award for the longest running fitness show in US history. In 2022 the Hall awarded Gilad a Lifetime Achievement Award. In addition to appearing on numerous television shows, Gilad has acted in a number of films, including “Burn after Reading” with Brad Pitt, George Clooney and John Malkovich and “North” with Bruce Willis and Elijah Wood. And with all that fame, Gilad is just a friendly, encouraging man who humbly does his best to help folks get healthy by keeping their bodies in motion!
