Thai Massage, Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Swedish Massage
You will leave your massage with Allie in awe of the deep relaxation your body can return to. Allie aims to create more harmony and bodily awareness for her clients – both on and off the massage table.
Allie’s fascination with the mind and body interplay started when she entered her first Yoga class in 2017. Shortly after that she began her massage training and realized the power of touch. In her training she specialized in Deep Tissue, Sports, and Pregnancy massage. Allie continued her education in Thailand. Nuad-Bo-Rarn, the Northern style of Thai massage, pulls together elements of acupressure, stretching, and yoga postures, leading to a potent rejuvenation of the soft tissue in the body.
Allie has worked in various spas and earned her Registered Yoga Teacher Training (RYT) in India in 2022. She is currently researching the effects of embodiment for multiple areas of health psychology at the Latner Lab at UH Manoa. She is excited to have joined Still & Moving Center’s bodywork team and continues sharing the magical power of bodily connection.
Thai Massage
This ancient healing art combines acupressure, assisted stretching, and energy line work to increase flexibility, release tension, and restore balance. Performed on a floor mat with the recipient fully clothed, Thai massage is both energizing and deeply grounding—like yoga with a helping hand.
Deep Tissue Massage
Therapists work into deeper layers of muscle & fascia to break down scar tissue. This method helps ease tight muscles & relieve chronic pain.
Prenatal Massage
This gently nurturing bodywork puts the mother’s comfort first. Your experienced therapist is also a mother and understands what you are going through.
Hot Stone Therapy
Smooth, heated stones are placed and gently glided over the body to melt away stress and tension. The penetrating warmth of the stones helps improve circulation, loosen tight muscles, and invite a deep sense of calm and renewal.
Swedish Massage
This Swedish style massage uses classic effleurage and petrissage techniques to improve circulation and relax muscles. Long, short and percussive strokes are also applied with the goal of free movement for the joints.
Couples Massage
Enjoy side by side massages with your loved-one, delivered by a pair of our highly skilled therapists in our beautifully appointed studio. Double the bliss!
