Acupuncture, Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Asian Bodywork, Guasha/Scrapping, Cupping Therapy
After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia in his early twenties, Dr. Antonio embarked on a self-healing journey. Starting out as a dedicated yogi, massage therapist, and then acupuncturist he was fascinated by the solutions Traditional Chinese Medicine offered where Western Medicine fell short.
Acupuncture
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture uses fine needles to stimulate specific points on the body—helping to restore balance, ease pain, reduce stress, and support overall wellness. Many find it deeply relaxing and surprisingly gentle.
Deep Tissue Massage
Therapists work into deeper layers of muscle & fascia to break down scar tissue. This method helps ease tight muscles & relieve chronic pain.
Swedish Massage
This Swedish style massage uses classic effleurage and petrissage techniques to improve circulation and relax muscles. Long, short and percussive strokes are also applied with the goal of free movement for the joints.
Sports Massage
Focused on athletic recovery and performance, this massage targets specific muscle groups to reduce soreness, improve flexibility, and prevent injury before or after physical activity.
Asian Bodywork
Drawing from healing traditions like Shiatsu and Thai massage, Asian bodywork blends touch, pressure, and movement to balance energy and promote well-being. It’s both grounding and revitalizing—tuned to body and spirit.
Gua Sha / Scraping Therapy
A traditional technique that uses a smooth-edged tool to gently scrape the skin, stimulating circulation and helping to release tension, stagnation, and inflammation. Often used alongside acupuncture or cupping.
Cupping Therapy
This ancient practice uses suction cups to lift the skin and tissue, encouraging blood flow and lymphatic drainage. Cupping helps relieve pain, break up tension, and promote healing—often leaving signature “cup marks” as signs of release.
