Calling all keiki: Come explore vertical space and discover the adventure of aerial dance! 

In this class, you’ll learn to dance in the aerial hammock, and you build strength, coordination, and balance. It’s like flying! You’ll get to climb, twist, turn, invert, and hang – safely without your parents nagging you to “get down off there!” Hah!

As you grow in your aerial practice, you not only train your body… you train your mind as well! If you need to cultivate attention, concentration and focus, practicing an aerial skill will serve you well.

Aerial dance offers a fun way to push yourself to new heights – literally and figuratively. You’ll feel the thrill of being upside down, floating through the air, and mastering new skills that will make you feel strong, graceful, and confident.

You’ll also learn a delightful piece of aerial choreography to share with family and friends at a showcase at the end of the series!

Contra-indications for aerial classes: glaucoma, heart conditions, and fused spine.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to the first session so that we can evaluate the height of your aerial hammock.

Clothing Requirements:

For your safety: Tight-fitting clothing: shirts with sleeves, leggings

For preserving the apparatus: No zippers or metal. Jewelry off. No perfume.
