Get ready to find your strength in the rhythm!
The CoreBeat Challenge is a 6-week music-driven fitness and dance workout designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence — all leading up to a high-energy group performance!
Each class combines dynamic training stations with rhythmic movement, blending functional exercises and dance-inspired cardio that help you move with purpose and power. You’ll tone your whole body, boost your stamina, and leave every session feeling strong, centered, and recharged.
Then, bring your hard work to the stage at our Merry & Bright Celebration, performing your final choreography as a team!
No dance experience needed — just your energy, commitment, and holiday spirit. Let the music push you, the movement empower you, and the community inspire you as we finish 2025 strong!
Jessica thrills her audience and her students. Some movers inspire us with the longing and determination to move as beautifully they do – Jessica is one of those dancers and teachers! Jessica’s commitment to authentic movement, combined with her high skill level, seamlessly encourages us all to elevate our own.
For the past ten years, Jessica has worked as a freelance dancer, choreographer, and movement teacher, collaborating and touring with numerous European companies and choreographers, including Alexander Vantournhout (BE), Agostina D’Alessandro (BE), Jason Mabana (ENG), Zemiata (BE), Compagnia Petranura Danza (IT), Loris Petrillo (IT), and Roberto Zappalà (IT), among others.
She was also a guest artist with the Minneapolis-based company Black Label Movement, performing in a work that premiered at the prestigious American Dance Festival in 2024.
Together with her husband, Eddie Oroyan, Jessica is the co-artistic director of My Homeless Lover. Since 2019, they have created and performed three original works across Europe and the U.S., blending contemporary dance, physical theater, and live music in immersive outdoor settings where audiences experience art and nature as one.

Born and raised in Italy, Jessica’s deep connection to nature has always been at the heart of her artistry. After several visits that sparked her love for the Hawaiian culture, she officially moved to O‘ahu in 2024 to begin permaculture farming of the land while continuing her dance career. You’ll enjoy her earthiness!
