Focus on building your strength in a variety of areas: legs, glutes, low back, abdomen and upper body. Using vinyasa flow yoga with dynamic movement and stretches, you warm the body up while increasing flexibility and mobility. With static stretches and holds, you lengthen muscles out. Barre and Pilates elements target your balance, stamina and coordination. Strengthen your core in a dynamic closing sequence that will leave you feeling energized and strong!

Erika Levy, RYT-200

Erika teaches a unique blend of yoga, pilates, ballet and strength training. She has found that combining music, movement and mindfulness is both healing and transformative.       

After 15 years in commercial production and advertising, Erika relocated from Los Angeles to Denver, CO to start a family. During the transition from business woman to stay-at-home-mom, she became a RYT-200 through CorePower Yoga. She subsequently earned certifications in Postnatal, Baby and Me, Toddler Yoga (Denver), Imagination Yoga (Portland, OR) and Karma Kids Yoga (NYC) and taught classes for kids with her own kids for several years. 

She has since relocated to Camas, WA in 2016 to be closer to family and launched Empress Yoga  She taught Yoga and Kids Yoga through the City of Camas Parks and Rec, volunteered at the Camas Library and in taught in schools. In 2019, she became certified to lead Embody Love Movement Workshops, which empower women and girls through yoga and interactive activities and discussions. 

Erika currently teaches Yoga and Barre Above in Washington state and recently became certified in Balletone.

Kendra Gillis

You know the friendly/sassy brunette at the front desk with all the tats? The one who laughs and sympathizes and celebrates with you? Guess what! Kendra is also an accomplished yogini with A Yogi 500 hours of RYT yoga teacher training. Beyond that she holds a Masters in Wellness Coaching, which she uses to coach individuals and create wellness plans for corporations.

Always hungry for more training and deeper understanding,Kendra has also earned certifications in: Personal Training through Fitness Mentors; AIReal Yoga; Barre Fitness through BarreAbove; Turbokick; Zumba and Nia.

As Kendra’s client, you will find her to be an attentive listener who quickly arrives at the right plan for your wellness needs. As Kendra’s student in class, you will get thorough, detailed instruction with proper body alignment. Kendra helps you get centered, focused and gain a positive outlook!
