If you’re going to be one of our 21 day Whole You challengers, the Super Class is a GREAT way to start! Rotate through 5 mindful movement practices for 20 minutes each. You’ll have lots of classes to choose from, and every one of them is designed to enrich a different aspect of the Whole You.
Yoga will provide alignment for your bones, steadiness through your breath, calm for your mind. Tune in and tone up with Body Attunement. Satisfy your New Year’s fitness craving with Pilates and Foam Rolling. Try Belly Dancing with Miss Willow Chang for your expressive nature. Indulge your daring self with an Aerial hammock or Aerial conditioning adventure – or opt for a closer-to-the-ground session. Experience an inspirational Nia session on the rooftop (wearing your socks/soft shoes) at sunset. Fill your heart and lungs in a Hawaiian chanting oli session with Kumu Malia.
