Welcome to Still & Moving Center! The Premier Mindful Movement Studio in Hawaii. Enjoy free registration, helpful staff and a variety of pricing options for our Mindful Movement classes.
New to Still & Moving Center? You can register free of charge. Your registration is the first step to signing up for any of our available classes or events at our Mindful Movement studio in Hawaii. Once you’re in our system as a participant, you can choose free or paid activities.
Once registered, you gain access to all of our services through our MindBodyOnline booking platform. You can enroll in classes and make purchases with your unique login credentials. You can track the classes you attend and see the payment options remaining on your account.
Registration is necessary for drop-ins, class packs, membership, massage, private lessons, workshops, events, private parties, trainings, room rentals and corporate team building – all Still & Moving Center activities. As a Functional Mindful Movement studio in Hawaii, our insurance company requires that everyone who comes through our door or our zoom screen signs a liability release form. If you choose to give us your birthdate, we will give you a free class for your birthday!
All of our classes are taught LIVE – never pre-recorded – and are offered in 3 learning formats:
Live Online: Virtual class from the comfort of your own home.
In-studio Livestream: Virtual class in studio with your fellow students and the instructor streaming to our large screen monitors.
In-person: Classes led the “old-fashioned” way – with your teacher leading the session in person in the studio.
