Your Retreat Experience

Step into six days and five nights of immersive learning, movement, and connection on Oʻahu’s lush windward coast. This training invites you, as an experienced instructor or coach, to expand how you move, teach, and perceive the body through a refined mindful movement approach.

You don’t just attend this retreat, you engage, practice, teach, and embody the work in real time. Each day challenges you to sharpen your awareness, deepen your cueing, and strengthen the mind–body connection you cultivate for yourself and your students or clients.

You’ll stay at the peaceful, rustic Windward Retreat Center, surrounded by tropical landscape, mountain air, and ocean breezes. Gather with fellow trainees in welcoming shared spaces designed for movement and reflection, including a comfortable air-conditioned main area for training and study. Your room offers a simple, grounding space to rest. Please note that air conditioning is available in the main common areas, but not in individual rooms, supporting a natural, usually breezy experience on the windward side of the island. Average August temperatures in Ka’a’awa: mid 70s-80s.

Throughout the week, you actively explore a state-of-the-art mindful movement methodology alongside Academy-trained instructors from diverse modalities.
